These Terms govern your use of Kreator Flow, operated by Everything Kreative ([LEGAL_ENTITY]). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kreator Flow lets you import content from social platforms you connect, generate platform-optimized captions and formats, and publish that content to platforms you select. Features and supported platforms may change over time.

• You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for having the rights to the content you import, create, and publish.
• You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit it solely to provide the service at your direction.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of each platform you connect or publish to.

You agree not to use Kreator Flow to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property.
• Post spam, malware, or deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its APIs.
• Exceed fair-use limits or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to reasonable fair-use limits to protect service stability. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Kreator Flow integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, changes, or actions. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular results from published content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everything Kreative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
