Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from Kreator Flow at any time. We offer three ways:

Option 1 — Disconnect a single platform

In your dashboard, open Connections and choose Disconnect next to any connected platform. We immediately stop accessing that platform and delete the stored access tokens and related cached content for it.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account

In your dashboard settings, choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, all connected-platform tokens, imported content, and generated data within 30 days.

Option 3 — Request deletion by email

Email [CONTACT_EMAIL] from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

Revoking from the platform side

You can also revoke Kreator Flow's access directly from your platform account settings (for example, Google Account permissions, or Meta's Business Integrations / Apps and Websites settings). Once revoked, we can no longer access that platform on your behalf.

For automated requests, platforms may use our deletion callback endpoint.
